Abstract
This research focuses on the practice of journalism carried out by the institutional media, new social media and creative hearings in high-profile political processes, from social networking platforms like Twitter. We propose a journalistic model from the theoretical relationship between the New electronic journalism and microblogging service, registered in the Latin American media landscape. This model brings new ideas to better articulate the communication relationships, allows greater independence and citizen participation, and heads towards sovereignty and discursive democratization in the Internet.
